An Apple A Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Mackenzie has really enjoyed eating apples recently. Her favorite way of eating them is just biting into the core. She doesn't eat them as well if we cut the apple into sections. It has really been neat watching her grow over the last two years. 2 years!!!! I can't believe in a little over a month my baby will be two!

We're starting to get into January, and the long stretch of winter. The winter blues. I am starting to get into a blog rut...I am trying to think of some exciting ideas for this month. By the way, if anyone has any ideas on getting a toddler to sleep in her own bed, please also click the comment button. Mackenzie is going through some separation anxiety issues and refuses to sleep in her own bed all of a sudden and screams--even at naptime. Any ideas?
