I just had to share this picture. Mackenzie has been very lovey lately. She will just come up and give us kisses at any random time. Too cute! I love it! She wants to make sure Santa knows that she really wants that Cinderella bike.

Ok, I am going to get kind of sappy here. It's times like this that just stress even more how much I enjoy being a mom. It is such a rewarding job and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am so blessed to have a Mackenzie as my beautiful daughter. I enjoy my days with her so much. I never realized any of this until I was a parent myself. Yes, I always looked forward to having my own kids and being a mom myself but you don't realize just how special it is until it is your turn. As Mackenzie grows up (I can't believe she will be 3 in February!), I look forward to many more fun times like helping out in preschool, going on family vacations, getting manicures together, and much more. I will also have to say that we would love to bless our family with a baby brother or sister someday. I know she would be a great big sister and would have so many things to teach her little brother or sister. Oh, the things we have to look forward to in the future. I love my life as a SAHM, my husband and my daughter. I thank the Lord every day and take time to count my blessings.

Now that the sappiness is over, go enjoy your day! We are going to go see The Princess and the Frog-Mackenzie's first trip to the movie theatre.
